PRE-PRESS & GRAPHICS
Customer's digital data created in various operating systems are delivered with a hardcopy or over internet to be processed in the Graphic & Design Department for preparation in either flexo or rotogravure printing processes.
According to the requirements of the customers, designs are developed or modified using software such as Art-Pro, Freehand, Illustrator and Photoshop in Macintosh format. Before engraving cylinders or making flexo plates, proofs are calibrated on Best Color ICM software and send to our customers for a final design approval.
F ollowing the design approval, pre-press preparation work continues within the facilities that produces rotogravure printing cylinders, flexographic photopolymer plates, lamination and cold-seal cylinders.
